Ryan Darr Holdeman

I’m Ryan Holdeman, a mortgage professional and real estate investor with a lifelong connection to real estate. My grandmother was a top-producing Century 21 Realtor for over 20 years and trained my wife and me in the fundamentals of real estate, negotiation, and client service. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of how to build equity, manage risk, and create long-term value through homeownership. A sound foundation that I have continued to build on and develop.

I became a mortgage loan officer so my wife, Char, and I could simplify the home-buying process and better serve our clients through education and clarity, especially for first-time buyers who want to build a strong financial foundation.

I’m driven by my faith, my family, and a desire to uplift others. I married my wife in 1998, and together we have three biological children and recently adopted four siblings we had been fostering for several years. Family, integrity, and service are at the center of everything I do.
